Dispatch Conditions

• Period of dispatch: Tuition paid by the home school, tuition paid by the partner school
• Credits earned at the counterpart school will be recognized as credits at the home school (credits for majors can be recognized)
• Support for accommodation placement at the partner school(Depending on the situation of the sister school, dormitories or outside dormitories may be arranged)
• Different amounts of support money are provided for different language areas

Eligibility

• Undergraduate students who have completed or are in the process of completing at least two semesters at the University and who are able to study at the University for their final semester.
• Language Proficiency
  • English-speaking countries : TOEIC score of 750 or above (TOEFL iBT score of 80 or above or IELTS score of 6.5 or above if TOEIC is not accepted by the partner institution)
  • Japanese speaking area : JLPT Level 3 (N3) or above, JPT 450 or above (requirements differ depending on the university; if necessary, apply for separate consultation)
  • Chinese-speaking countries : Holders of the new HSK Level 4 or above or those with equivalent ability

Recruitment and Dispatch Period

• Recruitment : Once per semester (March, September), with recruitment and selection one semester prior to the semester of dispatch
• Dispatch : After recruitment and selection, the following semester (varies by language area)
